Crema Coffee Co. has kept more than a tonne of single-use coffee bags out of landfill. Cafés get their coffee in reusable 5kg aluminium tins. Full tins go out each week; the empties come back the next. The family-owned roaster started in 2002 as a roastery and café in the hills of Perth. Today it roasts in the Swan Valley, at Middle Swan. Head roaster Ben runs small batches of single origins and blends. You will find single-origin coffee and blends here, plus teas, brewing tools and wholesale supply. Good coffee, from people who think about where the packaging ends up.
