Great Divide Coffee roasts to order. Every bag is hand roasted in small batches, after you order it. It's a small roastery based in Marysville, Victoria. The people behind it describe themselves as café owners for 15 years. The focus is "quality, ethically sourced Arabica", with Brazil and single estate Papua New Guinea on the sourcing list. The range covers the Alpha Blend and Tin Shed, medium and dark roasts, a PNG, and a Swiss water decaf. There's also a Spanish Roast blend, developed with Alba Paloma, a Spanish café in Healesville.
