About Grand'Cru Coffee
In 2011, Sam founded Grand'Cru Coffee with one clear goal. He wanted a place to bring coffee people together — to share knowledge, stories and cracking cups of specialty coffee. Today Grand'Cru roasts in Chatswood, in the heart of Sydney's North Shore. They roast single-origin coffees and blends, backed by over 50 years of roasting experience. The business is 100% Australian owned and privately run, with no shareholders to please. Sustainability is part of the craft, from unbleached recycled cartons to recyclable takeaway cups. The mission hasn't changed: connect people with great coffee, and share the knowledge that comes with it. For drinkers who want specialty coffee with a story behind it, this is a good place to start.
