About Fieldwork Coffee
Fieldwork Coffee started in 2022, founded by Tim Williams. His career runs through Intelligentsia Coffee, Square Mile Coffee and Workshop Coffee, plus running the World AeroPress Championship. In 2026 he passed the baton to longtime friend and colleague Scott McAuliffe. Today the coffee is roasted in Arthurs Creek, Victoria, on a Loring S15 Falcon, with Roast Architect software for precision. The team sources exceptional washed coffees and roasts them to keep the cup both complex and clear. You'll find Fieldwork at its Degraves Street café in Melbourne's CBD, or shipped fresh from a weekly Wednesday roast. The throughline hasn't changed: coffee that's approachable, traceable, and a true reflection of where it was grown.
