Who is Espresso Vivo?

Michael Salomone started learning his craft in 1969. In the small roasting houses of Melbourne he learnt to select beans, blend them and roast them. That was long before Melbourne was known as the coffee capital of Australia. In the roaster's words, it was in those small roasting houses that "Michael's lifelong passion for coffee was born." After decades spent perfecting his skills blending and roasting coffee, Michael founded Espresso Vivo in 2009. Today the business is based in Tullamarine, Victoria. Espresso Vivo runs a Brambati processing plant. It lets the team control every aspect of the roasting process. The goal is "consistent flavours and quality, every time." Espresso Vivo sources specialty coffee from around the world. Michael's blends have been recognised with many awards over the years.
