Most decaf is an afterthought. Decaf Co makes it the whole point. This is a specialty roastery focused solely on decaf, roasting to order for decaf drinkers across Australia. Place an order and it goes straight to the roasting log, then gets packed and sent. Nothing sits in week-old bags. Orders dispatch within 48 hours. The beans are single-origin, drawing on Mexico, Peru and Indonesia, with organic options and a choice of gentle decaffeination: Swiss Water, Mountain Water or Sugar Cane process.
