The team has been at it since 2015, when Cortado started as a one-man show. Behind that sits over 30 years of industry experience. Beans are ethically sourced and roasted as blends and single origins, including coffee from El Salvador. The house blends are The 35, Matador, Barca and Flamenco, with a Decaf alongside. The 35 is the crowd favourite: medium roast, light acidity, chocolate finish. Blends start from $18 and single origins from $21.
