Brew Methods won the 2026 Australian AeroPress Championship. They've also been Australian Brewer's Cup finalists two years running. Behind those results is a small team based in Yarraville, Melbourne. They volunteer with ASCA to help support Australia's specialty coffee scene. They also open their Yarraville Atelier for public events, and run in-person coffee classes. The coffee is personally sourced and roasted to order. Expect anything from easygoing micro-lots to rare special reserves. They source brew gear too, so beans and brewing tools come from the same place.
