Bonacci Coffee holds four Golden Bean Australia medals: two silver and two bronze. The two silvers came in 2017, in the milk and espresso based categories. They have roasted specialty coffee in Melbourne since 2014, and the roastery is in Tullamarine. Before building the business, the team spent 10 years as coffee machine technicians. They can fix and repair coffee machinery for their wholesale clients, and train baristas too. Beans come through small importers with direct connections to farmers at origin. Coffee is roasted fresh weekly, almost daily. This suits buyers after award-recognised blends from a roaster that knows the machine as well as the bean. Single origins and seasonal fresh-crop coffees are in the range too.
