Bennetti Coffee Roasters

Who is Bennetti Coffee Roasters?

Bennetti Coffee Roasters began in 2000 under the guidance of Master Roaster Peter Holman. In March 2025, Peter retired and a new chapter began. Under new ownership, Bennetti is the flagship brand of newly formed Shiloh Roasters. The group also acquired Elwood Coffee Roasters and its Ambrosia/Winky Pop blend. The roastery is in Clayton, Victoria, and it roasts daily. Single origins include Colombia, Ethiopia and Peru. Green beans come from large importers whose suppliers are organic and Rainforest Alliance certified. Freshness is the focus. Since August 2025, bags carry a one-way PrimeVent valve that lets coffee de-gas without letting air in. It uses up to 96% less plastic. Contract supplies are roasted to order and delivered within 2 business days.
