New single origins land every month. Almanac is a Brisbane micro-roaster built around that rhythm. Owner Robbie roasts every batch himself. He cups each roast before it ships, checking it against Almanac's quality standards. The focus stays on traceable, ethically sourced specialty coffee, with transparency from farm to cup. Behind it sit years of cupping notes and roast logs, kept so each coffee tastes the same batch to batch. The monthly subscription sends two new microlots at the start of each month. Each box is themed and comes with notes and insights about the coffee. Shipping is a flat $8, and free over $70. If you like discovering something different each month, Almanac is worth a look.
