One of 441 Coffee's co-founders lost a close mate to sarcoma cancer. The loss was sudden and unfair, and it raised a hard question: why does such an aggressive cancer get so little attention and funding? To honour his mate, he committed to running 441 kilometres in seven days. The coffee grew from that run. 441 turns an everyday habit into a way to fund the fight against sarcoma, without asking anyone to change their routine. It roasts specialty coffee in Melbourne and delivers across Australia, from a medium-roast Traditional Blend to a Single Origin Ethiopia. Half of every cent of profit goes to sarcoma research and patient support.
