About Will & Co
Will & Co started in 2013, when three mates — Ro, Sam and Rich — set out to combine two of the best things about Australia: its coastal lifestyle and its café culture. Their first blend was a balanced, silky cup they named 808, after the Roland TR-808 drum machine that shaped 80s hip-hop. It started small, supplying friends' cafés like North Bondi's Porch & Parlour, which still pours 808 today. Artist collaborations were part of it from the beginning, and still are. These days the coffee is roasted in Bondi Beach on Probat drum roasters, spanning signature blends and single origins, with beans sourced from Guatemala and Zimbabwe. The '& Co' is the part that matters most to them. It is the people who drink the coffee.
