Giorgios grew up in the streets of Athens, where the smell of freshly roasted beans drifted through neighbourhood cafés. That early love for coffee stayed with him, even as he trained and worked as an engineer focused on quality and precision. Eventually the dream won out. He founded Take Five Coffee to bring that same care to the cup. Beans are chosen from respected growing regions, then roasted in small batches for consistency and freshness. The range runs from single-origin to blends, including coffees from Costa Rica and Uganda. Sustainable, ethical sourcing shapes every decision. The goal is straightforward: coffee people genuinely enjoy.
