Giorgios first fell for coffee on the streets of Athens. As a young boy, he loved the aroma drifting from neighbourhood cafés. He knew his future would somehow involve coffee. Life took a detour first. Giorgios pursued a career in engineering, specialising in quality and precision. The coffee dream never faded. Eventually he combined the two and founded Take Five Coffee. The idea was simple: coffee should be “a moment to pause and enjoy something exceptional.” Today Take Five roasts in small batches for consistency and freshness. Beans come from respected growing regions. The range covers blends, plus single origins from Uganda and Costa Rica. The team aims to support sustainable sourcing and ethical relationships within the coffee community.
