Glen and Julia started Platform 9 in 2011, combining their backgrounds in hospitality and business. Today it's a family-run specialty coffee roaster, wholesaler and store in Albury, New South Wales. Everything is roasted, packed and sold under the one roof. Glen holds CQI and SCA Q-Grader certifications, the industry's top qualification for assessing specialty coffee. Julia brings a degree in economics. Their crew roasts single-origins, blends and decaf, and trains baristas from school groups to home enthusiasts. Sustainability and quality sit at the heart of how they source and roast. Subscriptions ship Australia-wide, on your schedule, with no lock-in contracts.
