Who is Synergy Coffee Co?
Synergy Coffee Co began in 2016, when its owners stepped away from the corporate coffee world. They wanted something more independent and more personal. Grant and Linda brought a lot with them. Their experience in coffee goes back to 1997, along with years running their own food service businesses. Today the business is based in Newcastle, NSW. It supplies cafés, workplaces and home coffee lovers, and supports cafés across regional NSW. The aim from the start was “to build a business centred around people — their stories, their cafés, and the communities they serve.” It stays owner-operated and intentionally small. The range covers blends and single origins from ethically sourced green coffee. Buy once, or set up a flexible subscription.
