Who is MJ Coffee Roasters?
The idea started in France. Founder Mark was captivated by the rich coffee and café culture he found there. He wanted to recreate that French experience on his home soil. He started out as Malliot Jaune premium coffee. Today it is known as MJ Coffee Roasters, a family-run business that serves a wide range of cafés throughout NSW, with a focus on "the highest level of quality and consistency." The roaster's view is that beans are only part of it. In its own words: "Quality coffee comes from not only the beans but the all encompassing roasting, equipment and service." So the offer goes beyond a bag of beans. MJ supplies equipment, runs barista training and builds special contract blends on request. One is a signature 'Convoy' blend developed with Mark for Convoy Commune.
