Dipacci Espresso
About Dipacci Espresso
It started with a single coffee cart outside a Marrickville bank in 2003. Michael Rababi set it up with one idea: he didn't want a boss. Two decades on, that cart has grown into one of Australia's largest coffee companies. Dipacci now roasts in a solar-powered roastery in Roselands, Sydney. More than 300 panels supply roughly 70% of the site's power. Every bean runs through a triple green bean cleaning process. Magnets and three-phase filtration strip out metal, rocks and timber — one of the first systems of its kind in Australia. Single-origins come from Panama, Guatemala and Colombia, alongside four signature blends. Everything is roasted to order on a fully automated Brambati roaster, then sealed and sent. No filler, no shortcuts.
