About Stitch Coffee
Nawar Adra started out as a barista at Circa Espresso in the Western Sydney suburbs. When the café brought in a Probat P5 roaster, he learned to roast on it, working only with single origins. Over time he saw the artistry in blending origins instead. Merging them gave a cup with real complexity, structure and balance. That idea became Stitch Coffee, and the roastery opened its doors in 2015. Today the team roasts, packs and ships from Alexandria, and runs cafés at the QVB and on Broadway. They rotate single origins from across the globe, with no favourites and no regional specialisation. The through-line is the producer. Green beans are sourced ethically and traceable back to the farmer who grew them.
