Who is Skittle Lane?

Skittle Lane started in 2015, in a heritage-listed store on King Street in the heart of Sydney's CBD. That first shop was enough to keep them going. Eleven years on, there are five stores across the city. Before the current roastery opened, Dean roasted from a small espresso bar in Bondi, where regulars grew involved in the process. That community feel moved to Brookvale, where the P25 roaster now sits in the middle of the warehouse, working alongside the brew bar and retail floor. The coffee is ethically sourced from small producers and sustainable farms, bought through B Corporation certified importers, and traceable back to origin. Every green bean is scored over 80 points by the Specialty Coffee Association before it makes the cut.
