Who is Chubbs Coffee?

Chubbs Coffee began in 2020 with two guys and a coffee in a small Sydney café. A few ideas went into a notebook, and the brand was born. Today the team sources specialty beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and Vietnam. Everything is roasted to draw out flavour and aroma, across smooth blends and bolder, full-bodied roasts. The range covers whole beans, a sampler pack, and Nespresso-compatible pods in plant-based compostable capsules. The throughline is ethical sourcing: coffee bought from sustainable partners, with an eye on environmental impact. Good coffee, fairly sourced, from two people who started with a shared passion for it.
