Who is Salvador Coffee?

Salvador Coffee started with a self-confessed perfectionist. Founder Marcio Brito travelled the world looking for great coffee. Years of roasting, blending, cupping and tasting followed before the business was born. Today Salvador Coffee roasts in Alexandria, NSW, in small batches on a Loring roaster. Its beans turn up in cafés, coffee shops and restaurants around Sydney. The range spans single origins and blends, with coffee from Colombia, Brazil and Ethiopia. Sustainability runs through the whole operation. Salvador says its farmers and their families receive education, housing and healthcare, beyond a basic Fair Trade level. The packaging is biodegradable. And if you would rather not think about reordering, there is a subscription.
