Who is Rebel Roasters Coffee?

Rebel Roasters Coffee began with a coffee lover who didn't like what was on offer. Keith Azzopardi founded the business in 2013. He started by roasting his own beans at home. From there he taught himself the craft, "from green bean sourcing to cupping techniques". Its popularity grew among friends and family. Today Rebel Roasters is a small, family-owned roastery based in Oran Park. Every order is roasted to order in small batches and shipped within 12 hours of roasting. The beans are 100% Arabica and ethically sourced. Signature blends include Blend 33, 3 Little Birds and Soul Rebel, alongside single origins from Kenya, Colombia and Guatemala. The Roaster's Choice subscription starts from $17 a month.
