About Patio Coffee
PATIO Coffee Roasters is led by Founding Director Basil Papas, who has spent more than 20 years in specialty coffee. That experience shows in how the beans are sourced and roasted. PATIO sources from smallholder growers and microlots, favouring ethical, sustainable practices from farm to cup. Beans are hand-picked at peak ripeness, then roasted in small batches at the Richmond roastery in South Australia. The focus is single-origin coffee and signature blends built from different origins and roast levels. Alongside the roastery, PATIO runs a Cellar Door in Richmond and a coffee training academy for all skill levels. You can buy wholesale, sort out office coffee, or subscribe for freshly roasted beans delivered to your door, with 10% off and free shipping.
