Who is Melba Coffee?
John Frangoulis fell in love with coffee by accident. He finished a degree in biomedical science and planned a move into pharmaceuticals. Then he took a job in coffee sales. That's where his passion grew, and Melba Coffee was formed. Melba has grown over the last 15 years and remains local and family operated. In their words, that keeps them "very hands-on in every aspect of the business." Melba roasts fresh six days a week at its Dandenong South operations centre. The range takes in blends, single origins, tea and drinking chocolate, with organic and fair-trade coffees in the mix. Packaging is chosen to be eco friendly. Subscriptions come in beans, pods or nitro. Handy if you want fresh coffee on a schedule, at home or in the office.
