Who is Maxima Coffee Roasters?
Luke and Judy created Maxima Coffee Roasters and started trading in October 2014. Today they roast in Ettalong Beach, on the Central Coast of NSW. The roastery has an espresso bar attached that trades on weekends. There's a second site in Erina, and every Sunday they serve takeaway coffee at the Gosford City Farmers Market. All their coffee is specialty grade and 100% Arabica. The range is a staple collection of blends and single origins they say they've "perfected over the many years of roasting". Origins include Colombia and Ethiopia. Their philosophy is to be part of the whole process, from choosing green beans to the coffee in your hand. Their stated aim: "a great coffee experience every time through the quality and consistency of product and service."
