Maverick Coffee doesn't pick a side between light and dark roasts. Their reason is practical. In their words, "roasting coffee for milk, espresso and filter all require different approaches." So each coffee is roasted for how it will be drunk. Maverick roasts in Sydney, with a second roasting facility in Ulladulla. They source beans from around the world and supply businesses across Australia. The team has also spent more than 30 years running their own cafés and restaurants. They say that experience is what they bring to the businesses they supply. The range covers Arabica single origins and espresso blends.
