Who is Little Street Roasters?
In 2014, Michael Tartt and Jack Yeates started Little Street Roasters in the coastal town of Forster, NSW. It was, in their words, "born from years of coffee love and obsession." The aim was simple. Bring the quality and consistency of the Melbourne coffee experience to country NSW. Jack is head roaster. He trained under roastress Anne Cooper, and the team keeps working to maintain and improve each new offering. Today the coffee is batch-roasted specialty. As they put it: "we have done the hard work for you, allowing you to brew and enjoy." Training is a focus too. They're keen to partner with like-minded cafés and businesses to build coffee knowledge, not just supply beans.
