About Little Marionette
Ed Cutcliffe founded The Little Marionette in 2010 with a clear aim: make exceptional specialty coffee accessible to everyone. It started as a small café in Sydney's Inner West and, over time, grew into a nationally recognised specialty roaster. Today the operation runs out of Rozelle, where every batch is hand-roasted using a vintage Probat roaster. The sourcing focus is on traceable beans from ethically selected farms and sustainable lots — always chosen for flavour above all else. Subscriptions cover weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and office supply arrangements. There's also a café in Rozelle for those in the area.
