About Central Coast Coffee
In 2012, Graeme Evans started roasting specialty coffee on the coast and shipping it across Australia. In 2023, he handed the business to his son Rhys and Rhys's wife Katrina. They've since widened the range, adding curated brands and brewing equipment alongside the house roasts. Central Coast Coffee roasts weekly from Somersby, NSW, with filter coffees roasted on demand each week. Sourcing leans into single-origin, single-farm and micro-lot beans. The milk espresso range runs bold; the filter range runs light. They also sell green coffee in smaller quantities for home roasters — most beans only come in 20–60kg bags. Fairly priced, freshly roasted, and built by a family who've already handed it down once.
