About Jibbie Littles Coffee Roasters
Jibbi Little started behind a coffee bar in 2006. Her latte art got noticed first, and in 2016 she designed the JIBBIJUG, a milk pitcher built for pouring it. In 2017 she went further and became a roaster, founding Jibbilittle Roasting Co. in Sydney. The awards followed. She was Australian Latte Art Champion in 2019, then World AeroPress Champion in 2022. On the roasting side, she has collected 31 medals at the Golden Bean and AICA competitions. Today she roasts as a Q-grader and Cup of Excellence judge, scoring coffee the way the judges do. The result is a Sydney label with a serious competition record.
