"At Ickle Roasters, small is beautiful." That's their own line, and the roasting backs it up. Every batch is only 6kg, roasted individually to bring out each coffee's own character. Ickle sources small lots from independent producers, "people who pour their heart and soul into every harvest." The stated focus is quality, character and traceability. Expect single-estate and microlot coffees. The selection rotates through coffees from around the world, so there's always something new to try. Two house blends, Holy Blend and Big Little Blend, are made for milk-based drinks. Ickle also sells tea and brew gear, and supplies specialty cafés wholesale. Orders over $50 ship free Australia-wide.
