Fox Coffee skips the pomp and the jargon. The promise is simpler: coffee that hits the mark, every time. Based in Geebung, Queensland, Fox started in 2016 and has grown steadily since. By 2019 it was roasting 23,000kg a year. Today that figure tops 50,000kg, all done on a 60kg IMF roaster. The roastery doubles as a café, with a kitchen and bakery turning out food made in house.
