Who is Emu Coffee?
Emu Coffee backs the small roasters. It sources fresh roasted beans from small Australian specialty roasters and brings them together under the Emu Coffee label. In its own words: "Often these are family businesses, with many years' experience, and a great love for their work and their product." Emu Coffee is based in Leichhardt, NSW, and supplies cafés across the east coast of Australia. The aim is "top quality, fresh roasted coffee beans at a fair price." For café owners, that means no franchise, no royalties and no long-term lock-in. Supply runs on a one-year rolling agreement. If you're buying beans, shipping is free on orders over $60 Australia wide. There's free Click + Collect in Schofields NSW too.
