The range is seasonal and single-origin, leaning fruit-forward, tea-like and light. Sourcing focuses on micro-lot producers and new-world coffee processes. The roster rotates with the seasons, so there's usually something new in. You can drink it at four Sydney cafés - Darling Square, World Square, Mid City and Wynyard - each designed around Japanese aesthetics. Coffees come in three tiers: Core for everyday, Premium for the more complex harvests, and Special for limited single origins. Free shipping applies Australia-wide on orders over $70.
