Who is Dramanti?
Two of Dramanti's favourite blends are named after streets. Tingal and Edith cross paths with the roaster's original home, and the blends are, in Dramanti's words, "a salute to our humble origins." That local streak runs through the business. Dramanti Artisan Coffee Roasters says it aims to "create true international artisan excellence for the local community." The scale is real. Dramanti roasts over 700kg a week, supplying café partners as well as people buying direct. A small team does the work, and Dramanti says its staff "have become part of the family." The range covers the Tingal Blend, the Edith Blend and a decaf, sold as beans or ground. If you get through plenty of coffee, look at the prepaid 1kg subscriptions. They run for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
