Who is Domigo Coffee?

Domigo Coffee has been grown on the hills of the Atherton Tablelands since 1982. The farm says that makes it the longest continuously producing coffee plantation in Australia. Today it's run by Steve and Natalie, "two proper Aussie farmers". Both come from farming backgrounds. Three generations of the family work the farm together. Between the paddock and their Shop & Roastery in Mareeba, Queensland, they "stay pretty busy". Beans are roasted to order in small batches. The focus is single-origin, Australian-grown coffee. High altitude, a cooler climate and volcanic soil all shape the beans. Their aim is simple: get people thinking of Australia when they think of single-origin specialty coffee.
