Di Bartoli is built for the home barista. The roastery sits in Alexandria, Sydney, run by managing director Renzo Castillo, who brings over 20 years in the coffee industry. Beans are roasted every Monday; order before 1pm and they can arrive the next day. The range is specialty-grade and single-origin, with house blends like the Signature Blend and Sweet Maria Blend.
