Who is Daily Grind Coffee?
Daily Grind began in the basement of a café, with “a passion, a dream, and a couple of beans.” Co-founder Pat was there from the start, and the business was established in 2009. Today it roasts in Gerringong, on the South Coast. Co-owner Ricky is the master roaster. The team also runs the Gerringong Cafe Eatery, open weekdays from 6:30am to 1pm. The range leans on blends: Werri, Seven Mile, Lighthouse and Dark Reserve. Roasting happens weekly, and they ship within Australia. Sourcing is the through-line. They buy through direct trade and long-term buying relationships. In their words: “We value the land and farmers that grow our raw product.”
