That fair-price policy comes from a roaster that has been at it since 1961. Ciscos started as a small retail store in St Kilda. Today it is a wholesaler supplying over 150 outlets around Victoria, roasting in small batches in Windsor. The store on Chapel St Windsor still serves households, with coffee and tea from over 30 countries. Every bag is dispatched within 24 hours of roasting, and all postage is now plastic free. Want it on repeat? A subscription arrives weekly, fortnightly, every three weeks or monthly, and saves 10% on every order. Decaf drinkers get a Swiss Water option too.
