Who is Cherry Black Coffee Roasters?
In 2007, Paolo Dicembre launched what Cherry Black calls Australia's first 100% Robusta blend. It got people talking. In 2009 the Sydney Morning Herald ran a feature on it in Good Living. From there, Paolo "started pushing the boundaries of roasting and blending, constantly in search of new flavours from coffee beans around the world." Cherry Black is based in Barrack Heights, NSW, near Wollongong. The range covers multi-origin blends from 100% Arabica to 100% Robusta, plus AA Grade single origins. There's raw green bean too, so you can blend and roast your own at home. Orders can be collected from the roasting factory or sent by Australia Post. Cafés and restaurants can buy wholesale.
