About Café Bellezza

Rosa Gallo loved coffee but never found a brew that spoke to her. Then came Sicily. A warm 'Ciao Bellezza' greeted her. She felt a welcome her coffee back home had lacked. That moment became Café Bellezza. Today it roasts in Marrickville, Sydney. Rosa founded it with Danielle McMaster and Claire O'Donnell. Their idea is simple — coffee that speaks to a woman's palate. Women often taste more sharply, so the blends are built to suit. Three single-origin, organic roasts carry it: Beautifully Bold, Simply Smooth and Delightfully Decaf.
