Who is Bricks & Mortar Coffee Co?
Bricks & Mortar Coffee Co traces its start to early 2013, when demand for their locally roasted specialty coffee quickly outgrew a hand-made home roaster. Their dream was "to share delicious coffee with our region." That became a boutique, small-batch roastery based in Mt Gambier, SA. Today they roast for cafés and home brewers alike. Their Brew Bar at 2a Wehl St North is, in their words, "Our space. Our dream. Your local." Furry friends are welcome. The focus is ethically sourced beans, including single origins, roasted for every method "from siphon to espresso". They also run the Behind The Brew Coffee Podcast.
