Who is Pogo Coffee Roasters?
Fraser Monfries founded POGO Coffee Roasters in 2020, inspired by the constant progression of third-wave coffee. The aim was simple: keep coffee natural, full-flavoured and accessible, without the faff. Today POGO roasts in Adelaide, with cafés in Adelaide City and Kent Town. The beans are ethically sourced, with an eye on environmental sustainability. What sets the coffee apart is how it is roasted. POGO uses an air-roaster, suspending beans in a fluid bed of controlled hot air. The result is a consistent roast that reaches more developed flavour while cutting acidity and burnt notes. Full-bodied, clean, and easy through milk. Coffee subscriptions start at $15 per delivery.
