Brawn Trading Company

Who is Brawn Trading Company?

It started with one family shop in 1975. That year Gourmet Gold opened its first retail store, Cremorne Coffee & Tea. Two years later a second store, Coffee Tea Or, opened in Neutral Bay. It roasted wholesale on a 10kg Greek commercial roaster. In 1982 the business set up a roasting plant in Artarmon with a 25kg Gothot. The business kept growing, and in 2008 it moved to larger premises to support contract and private label roasting. In 2009 it installed its current Joper CRS 120kg roaster, with automatic profiling. Today the Brawn family owns and runs it, with the third generation in production and sales. The range runs from blends to single origins, including an Ethiopian Limu, in compostable or conventional packaging.
