Who is Bow & Arrow Coffee Roasters?
Dimitri and Sabrina have had a passion for coffee for over 10 years. They earned their knowledge working with a wide variety of beans and blends at Little Evie, their Redfern café. Bow & Arrow Coffee Roasters came out of their quest to experiment with new blends. The goal: flavours that balance strength, acidity, sweetness and bitterness. Today they roast on-site in Redfern, NSW. Each blend takes months of experimentation and refinement. They bring together flavours from different continents to create "a palate outside the norm". Their philosophy is simple. A single origin can only provide one flavour profile. A well-balanced blend gives you far more to discover. All their beans are sourced from sustainable farms that pay a fair wage to farmers and workers.
