Who is Beraldo Coffee?

Paul Beraldo came to Australia from Italy in 1952, aged four. His parents gave him a genuine love of real Italian coffee. He never forgot his roots in Treviso. In 1993 he opened his first company with the help of Master Roaster Vittorio Chiodo, who has roasted since 1972. Vittorio trained Paul and his sons, Mark and Daniel. Today Beraldo Coffee is still family run, with Daniel running operations. The business is based in Heidelberg West, Melbourne, and roasts on a 120kg Brambati roaster. Each origin is roasted separately, so its own flavour and aroma stay intact. The origins are then blended and foil packed for freshness. The range covers multi-origin blends, single origins and a Fairtrade Blend. Subscriptions run weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
