Who is 3 Elements Coffee?
Terry served 16 years in the Royal Australian Navy. In 2016 he set up 3 Elements Coffee with one mission: help ex-military personnel move into the commercial workspace. First he spoke with over 300 people about what they really wanted from their coffee. Then he created 22 different blends. Navy, Army and Air Force personnel tasted them, along with veterans, cafés, friends, family and even strangers. Today 3 Elements is based in Wynnum, Brisbane, with a national distribution network. A percentage of every gram sold goes back into veteran and community initiatives. Roasting uses up to 50% less gas energy than conventional systems, and power comes from a Green Power program.
