Square One Coffee gives 10% of all profits to Common Ground Project, its own social enterprise and regenerative farm. Square One describes itself as "a small, experienced team based in Melbourne". Its home base is SQ1 Rialto, a café on the ground floor of 525 Collins St in the CBD. The kitchen runs a hyper-seasonal menu built on local produce, much of it from the Common Ground Project farm. On the coffee side, you'll find single origins and espresso blends. Origins include Kenya, Ethiopia, Honduras and Colombia. Shipping is free on orders over $80. Cafés, restaurants and offices Australia-wide can also order wholesale.
