Headlands wants to "bring a new wave to the Sydney coffee scene", sharing its coffee with everyone it meets. This Sydney roaster calls sustainability and quality "the cornerstones of our business". It works with coffee producers, importers and packaging suppliers to keep the operation as ethical and environmentally friendly as possible. Its flagship is the Flour Mill Blend. Headlands lists a pickup point at its Flour Mill Roastery. Subscriptions come in two styles, espresso and filter. The pitch is simple: "Never run out of coffee again." Running a venue? Headlands also partners with like-minded venues, with equipment supply, servicing, training and ongoing guidance.
